Where does Kisra Beauty Co ship to?
We happily ship to almost every city in India. We also offer international shipping option.
How long does an order take to process?
We try to process the orders as quickly as we receive them and, in most cases, fulfil orders within 3 business days, but please allow up to 8 business days for orders to be processed. We are putting additional resources in place to reduce these delays. Fulfilment times may vary during peak periods such as after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions.
If you are shipping to a hotel/hostel, please keep in mind that orders can take up to 8 business days to process. We take no responsibility if you are not there to receive it.
COVID-19 update: order delivery may be further delayed in some areas if they are containment zones.
How long does it take to ship?
We use various couriers and, as a result, shipping times may vary. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with your tracking number for each order, along with a tracking link. We work as hard as we can to try to meet all delivery estimates, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g., because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.
I did not receive a tracking number!
We assign tracking numbers to parcels right before they are shipped. As soon as your parcel is sent out, we send you a tracking notification with your tracking number for each order along with a link so you know where you can track the order. Please check if an email from Kisra Beauty Co is sent into your spam folder.
Which shipping courier do you use?
We ship countrywide and the shipping couriers we use are bluedart, delhivery and ekart. In case, these three don’t deliver to you then as our last resort we use ecom express or xpressbees.
I want to edit my shipping address.
Kindly reach out to us through our contact page and our service team will see if this can be done. Please note that we cannot modify your shipping details once the order has been processed by our team. We also are unable to modify the route of a parcel once it has been shipped.
How can i track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email with your online tracking information.
